What is WordPress hosting?
Our hosting is specially configured to optimise the performance of your WordPress site. It has a range of security features enabling your visitors to browse your site quickly and safely.
Can I use alternative hosting?
Yes, we can still take care of your site for you. We prefer to host your site so you get the all the benefits of super-fast, optimised performance but it’s not essential to move your site to us.
Can you move my hosting?
Yes, we would love to. We offer a free site migration service. You will need to give us some details about your current host. Once we have this information, we will take care of the transfer for you.
What is WordFence?
It’s a plugin for WordPress to help protect and secure it against attacks. It works alongside your hosting security to offer a range of additional protection measures. You can use the free version or upgrade to the premium version to benefit from real-time protection.
Should I upgrade my SSL?
All options include a Let’s Encrypt SSL. This requires you to use our nameservers. If you’d prefer to use different nameservers, you can upgrade to another option. We source both our Standard and Extended SSLs through Geotrust – one of the leading certificate authorities.
What is a content update?
We will update any content on your site with the information you provide. Content can be text, images, video or whatever else you would like. One content update is equal to a period of 15 minutes. For example on the Advanced Care option you can use 4 updates of 15 minutes each or just 1 update of 60 minutes.
