Step 1

Import your data

If you have an existing database we can import your data from a CSV file and match the fields to the Lead Consent system.

If you don’t have data yet, contacts can be manually added when you’re ready.

Step 2

Request verification

Your imported data will show on the Lead Consent dashboard as unsent records until you decide to send them to your contacts for verification.

You can select to send consent notices by email or print them ready to post.

Step 3

Keep an audit trail

The dashboard will track your records and display them as pending until responded to.

Interaction with the system is logged. This creates an audit trail that provides evidence of consent by your individual contacts.

Step 4

Export your data

Export your verified data in CSV format ready to import into other software. Only verified data will export.

Selectively export data dependant upon the type of marketing options you enabled.
